Let me be straight with you—I’ve never smoked. Every time I tried, I’d end up coughing like crazy, looking totally uncool, and getting teased, so I gave up.
But here’s the thing—that has nothing to do with my ability to help you quit.
I spent years as an Oncology Nurse, helping people with cancer, even though (thankfully) I’ve never had it. Same idea here, right?

One of my clients in my Grief Resilience program ended up cutting her smoking in half—without even trying to quit. She didn’t learn a single quit-smoking technique, but something was clicking.
